Runoff–Sediment Simulation of Typical Small Watershed in Loess Plateau of China

The implementation of measures such as check dams and terraces in the Loess Plateau China has had a groundbreaking impact on water sediment conditions. question how to accurately simulate runoff–sediment process under complex underlying surface conditions become key clarifying cycle law. This study focused Chenggou River basin, small watershed located Plateau, examine effect characteristics runoff production process, spatial distribution dominant generation mechanism was determined according land application, slope vegetation coverage watershed. A model constructed that combined with traditional hydrological physical deep learning algorithm. Different parameters were calibrated depending we then ran simulation very its serviceability typical Plateau. for each type response unit (HRU), division HRU actual flood calculate yield HRU. An LSTM algorithm used flow routing CSLE soil erosion. results show there 29 events basin from 2013 2017. average depth an 8.86% margin error, while peak slightly higher 9.44% deviation. Nash efficiency coefficient 0.84, relative error erosion 14.45%. is good can be applied provide scientific basis highly efficient sustainable utilization resources, ecological environment construction development agriculture.
